Great question! While design packages can vary, here’s what’s included with a Foxterra design: we start by recreating your home’s exterior and property in 3D. We then revise the concepts based on your feedback from the original plan. Next, we provide conceptual drawings for you and your contractor, followed by 3D images of your approved concept design.
Our concept documents include a dimensioned plan of the designed space, scaled elevations with measurements, and material callouts. However, we do not provide engineering drawings or detailed specifications for construction. We recommend working with your contractor to handle the engineering drawings, as they will be familiar with your local city codes and requirements.

Absolutely! When selecting materials, we always consider your location and what’s most practical for your space. Our goal is for you to enjoy your Luxscape Design for many years to come.
No need for an in-person visit! Since we work with clients globally, our process is fully remote. However, we’ll send a surveyor to your property for accurate measurements, and after the design contract is signed, we can arrange for one of our designers to conduct a site visit if you're near San Antonio.
Not necessarily. Our design will focus on the areas you specify. The cost depends on the scope of the project—designing just your backyard is less expensive than designing both the front and back.
While it's possible that you may not be completely satisfied with the initial concept, we typically include up to 3 revisions in the design fee to make adjustments based on your feedback. If the city or HOA requires changes, we will work with you to modify the design or recommend adjustments to meet their specifications.
Regardless of your location, we thoroughly research to ensure the materials in your design are available in your area. If any materials are unavailable at the time of construction, we’ll collaborate with you to recommend suitable alternatives that are accessible.
